Our Chamber Check program is designed to keep dollars local. Chamber checks are used just like cash or checks. Payment for chamber checks is required before issuing checks. We require a two day notice for anyone who wishes to purchase.

You may order your checks in $5, $10, $20, $25 or $50 increments. Recipients are discouraged from receiving change back from their store of choice. The minimum check amount is $15 for all Chamber Checks.
The Holdrege Area Chamber of Commerce provides Chamber Checks and shopping locations as a service to our area businesses. While envelopes or gift wrapping is not something we offer, we are happy to recommend a local business that specializes in that service.
We prefer Chamber Checks to be paid via check, cash or accept credit cards.
Chamber Checks can be picked up during the hours of 9am-12pm, 1pm-4pm at our office. If we happen to miss you, please let us know by calling our office and leaving a voicemail.
They expire one (1) year from the date printed on the check. You may request an updated check to be able to redeem your Chamber Check.
Policy: In order to boost local spending within Holdrege and Phelps County, the Holdrege Area Chamber of Commerce issues voucher-style checks that may be used at participating businesses. The checks work similar to a gift card, but can be used at the recipient’s choice. Checks expire after one (1) year, are nonrefundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and balances are not held within an account.
