Can I still use my Chamber Checks at Chamber Member locations?

Yes! You can continue to use Chamber Checks as usual. If you choose not to convert them to a SPARK Gift Card, they’ll still be accepted until June 2025. New orders, however, will now be issued as SPARK Gift Cards, so businesses will be seeing both types for a while.

Will the SPARK Gift Cards expire?

No, SPARK Gift Cards do not expire. Although there is a printed expiration date in 2028 (required by card format), your balance will not be lost. If any balance remains by that time, contact customer service at 1-833-558-1088 and we’ll issue a new card with your unused funds. 

How can I find out which businesses accept SPARK Gift Cards?

We’re continually updating our list of businesses that accept SPARK Gift Cards. Please check HoldregeSPARKGiftCard.com for the latest list of participating locations as we work to expand our network. 
 

Can I use a SPARK Gift Card at a participating business that doesn't accept credit or debit cards?

Not directly. SPARK Gift Cards work where VISA is accepted. Businesses that don’t take cards as payment won’t be able to accept the SPARK Gift Card. 

What is the maximum amount I can load onto a SPARK Gift Card?

The maximum load amount is $500 per card. If you’re looking to purchase several cards with higher values, please contact customer support for assistance.
 

Can I buy multiple SPARK Gift Cards at once?

Absolutely! There’s no limit on the number of cards you can purchase at a time, as long as each card is loaded within the $500 limit. 
 

How do I purchase a SPARK Gift Card?

Where can I use my SPARK Gift Card?

Can I add more funds to my SPARK Gift Card after I’ve used some of the balance?

No, SPARK Gift Cards are non-reloadable. Once the initial balance is used up, you’ll need to purchase a new card. 
 

Do I need a PIN to use my SPARK Gift Card?

No PIN is required to use your SPARK Gift Card. Just present it as you would a regular credit card. 
 

Can I use my SPARK Gift Card for partial payments?

Yes, if your card balance is lower than the purchase amount, you can ask the merchant to use your card for a partial payment and pay the remainder with another form of payment. You may need to provide the teller with your balance (you can do this by scanning the QR code on the back of your card). 

How can I check my SPARK Gift Card balance?

You can check your card balance anytime by visiting GetMyBalance.com or calling customer service at 1-833-558-1088. 
 

Will I lose my balance if my card expires?

No, funds do not expire. If your card reaches the expiration date in 2028 and you still have a balance, contact customer service at 1-833-558-1088, and we’ll issue a new card with the remaining balance. 
 

What should I do if my SPARK Gift Card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please contact customer service at 1-833-558-1088 immediately. With the card number and purchase information, we can transfer your remaining balance to a new card. 
 

My SPARK Gift Card isn’t working. What could be the issue?

If your card isn’t working, first check the balance to ensure you have funds available. If there are funds and you’re still having issues, contact customer service at 1-833-558-1088 for assistance. 
 

Can I get a refund on my SPARK Gift Card?

Yes, refunds are available for SPARK Gift Cards within the 14-day cancellation period. We will cover the cost of the return if: 

  • The Gift Card is faulty or misdescribed. 
  • You are ending the purchase because of an issue on our end, such as pricing errors or delivery delays beyond our control. 


In other cases, you will need to cover the return postage. We recommend using tracked mail to ensure safe delivery, as we are not liable for lost returns or postage costs. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned Gift Card. This policy includes cards purchased on both the website and through any other sales point. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used. 
 

Can I buy SPARK Gift Cards as gifts for employees?

Yes! SPARK Gift Cards are a great choice for employee gifts. No onboarding is needed for companies that want to distribute cards as appreciation or incentive gifts. 
 

Are SPARK Gift Card funds insured?

Yes, SPARK Gift Cards issued in the U.S. are insured by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, providing added security for your funds. 
 

Will my information be safe if I register my SPARK Gift Card?
